Yes if old carburetor is in bad conditions mileage and power will increase . In normal case no need to change whole carburetor just vacuum piston

I hope your accelator cable and carburetor piston in stuck condition and carburetor top cap is removable. If it that the case remove carburetor from scooter and apply some wd -40 if rust in it and appy some oil to the portion and try to pull. If this doesn't help try to push from inside of carburetor and do it carefully 😊

Yamaha Ray Z സ്റ്റാർട്ട് ചെയ്യണമെങ്കിൽ Choke വലിച്ചാൽ മാത്രമാണ് സ്റ്റാർട്ട് ചെയ്യുക Choke ഓഫ് ചെയ്താൽ അപ്പോൾ വണ്ടി നിന്നു പോകും. Same issue in running. Spark plug, air filter changed recently. Please help.

It's carburetor issue most probably vacuum piston, I think it's better to change full carburetor

It's between 3000-3500 . Better to change it after checking vacuum piston because ray is easy to start if its in good condition If your problem solved happy to hear 😊

Don't follow this guy's video blindly, and don't dare to clean carburetor of the shine at home. It has too many hoses (pipes) connected and very much difficult to remove. Also, I did follow the same as he did in this video, and now my choke cable is not working, and my shine is not accelerating as before.
