You can use a heat gun for the NY stickers along with others stickers, but whatever you do let the windshield cool down naturally and DO NOT pour water on it because it will crack your windshield chemistry 101.

There is a lever under the sink that raises the stopper up and down. Mine looks like the threading part a screw but much longer. It's up when the drain is closed, and down when the drain is open. Odd being backwards like that, but it also works without having to put your hands down in the dirty sink water.
