As long as you follow regulations there is no reason why you cannot install a Bidet in the UK. My parents had one installed. I have also checked and there are definitely regulations but they are available to buy from most plumbing retailers.

It’s the higher air humidity not temperature itself. It’s higher in the UK when it’s hot compared to dry heat countries. It’s harder for sweat to evaporate hence why it always feels hotter than say when it’s super hot in Spain.
