You want him to have friends , great . Than when he is dancing to females , you hide somewhere because the female pigeon knows you are people.

Elgene Yeo 12:05 “I own it!” RAOTFLMAO ! It is the other way around - he has been communicating and exercising that fact during the several past minutes 😀😀😀 And you obvouisly have not learned pigeon language yet but still act accordingly. But don’t worry - you guys will always be HIS flock 🤣
@henrikhansen1023 Жыл бұрын
@Elgene Yeo You got this bird all wrong, pal. You don’t dig the psychology of wild animals. When a relationship is established like yours with the pigeon which was reared normally without the presence of humans, it is always based on dominance. You have demonstrated your willing submission by agreeing to feed it - and now it is considering your sorry *ss property. You are a slave ! When the bird wants to stay with you it is simply ensures being able to maintain territory control !! Test the mechanism of inferiority with chickens. When at the countryside being confronted by a hen, then try to appear terrified and slowly retreat - and then the hen will pursue you in triumf like it is Napoleon Bonaparte, LOL. With swans it is even worse when they stops to respect your borders - they will take your food from you. Not being fed normaly since they go after your fingers first instead of the bread and take it when you drop it. Like Hitler after Munich claiming that he pressured from Chamberlain what the latter had willingly offered him. The lowest swans can reduce you to is babysitting their cygnets. That is when they feel that they are in total control !! Then they demonstrate not their trust in you as caring person but as a slave. And then they leave for a pause parenting - even breaking the line sight which blew my mind since I was sitting there with their six lovely cygnets. Taking a nap resting in a circle around me facing outwards - ready to defend their nameless food resource from any aggresive challenger.

My tamed pigeon used to eat something with other pigeons, but he was always coming back home for the night.
@henrikhansen1023 Жыл бұрын
Coming home every night is what homing pigeons do - tame or not. Besides eating they care for little else.

Hi, what do you normally feed them? Do you feed those pigeons pumpkin seeds? I wanna tame one too
@IxHaVeADreAM3 жыл бұрын

@@psrbgpsn3978 i managed to make them eat out of my hand, it did it repeatedly, this was long time ago,but since this window is connected rooms inside my house, it once flew near my fan & almost got in real danger, so i built a barrier near the table on which it has a nest, so it can freely come into my room through the window but wont be able to fly inside the room for its own safety , it has been laying eggs and its basically has its home here :)

Do you still have that beautiful bird ? I’m from Singapore too , I found my two pigeon when they’re babies at the car park . They’re now roughly around 4 month old but they’re never that tame like yours . They will run away from me as soon as I got close haha. How do you tame your pigeon ?
@IxHaVeADreAM5 жыл бұрын
I got them when they were 4 months old, and at first it was very scared of me. But I just kept hand-feeding it to trust me. Moreover, I did not teach the pigeon to fly to me every time I raised my hand; it learnt to do it itself without me trying to teach it. I was quite lucky I guess
@Patrilafea3 жыл бұрын
My pigeon was very tamed too, but I found him when he was still a baby bird. I don't know how old he was, but he couldn't fly yet and he didn't have feathers at the time.

I love pigeons. Can I ask you how do you keep it from pooping on you as you take it outside?
@IxHaVeADreAM6 жыл бұрын
There's no 100% surefire way to prevent it from pooping, but I realised the best time to bring it out is at least 2 hours after a meal because it has pooped out everything from the previous meal. Because I did this, it never pooped throughout the video
