I think that the Coco ride will replace Goofy's Sky School and I'm fairly confident that they will be removing Grizzly Peak, Grizzly River Run and the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail to make way for Avatar land.

The Goofy's Sky School area often does have the Coco themeing... and its close to Pixar Pier. So that would make sense. The show buildings for boat rides are usually pretty large so I'm interested to see how they make it all work. Thanks for watching!

I did think they might share entertainment details for the 70th, but I was blindsided by the Coco attraction and the additional Avengers attraction. So I'm assuming they are saving any parade/firework/70th announcements for closer to when people start planning their summer 2025 vacations. Like you said, its only a matter of time.

We decided to do a Disneyland trip over Labor Day weekend. We know it’s going to be crowded. But we figured we take a play from your book and just enjoy the smaller things sometimes. Gonna try new food experiences we haven’t tried. Just hit rides we don’t mind waiting for. And enjoy the Halloween decorations. :) would be nice to bump into you!

And who knows, maybe the crowds won't be too crazy... everyone says this year the 4th of July wasn't too bad so maybe something similar will happen on Labor Day. Sadly I won't be there that weekend but it would have been fun to say hello. Have a great time!

Hope you have a wonderful time! October is a busy time since it is Halloween. But it's also a great time to visit for lots of fun Halloween offerings. Most Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays California Adventure will close early for the Oogie Boogie Bash, this means in the evening Disneyland can be busier. I still think Mid-week has the lowest crowds. Tue, Wed, Thursday. Just make sure to arrive early to make the most of the lower crowds in the morning. Have so much fun!

Rides are a big part of it. But I do have friends who don't love rides but enjoy the shows and entertainment. I also have others who love the foodie options throughout the park. And just spending time with Friends and Family. So you certainly don't have to love rides to have a great time. But hopefully you would enjoy the shows, food, etc.

He is one of our favorites too! He is currently only at the "Disney Visa" card exclusive meet and greet. So if you or someone in your party has a Disney Visa card you can find him in California Adventure in the Hollywood backlot area. (lately he has been rotating out with Minnie and Pluto every 20-30 minutes)

Hi Eric. I have seen quite a few vlogs of people eating at the Blue Bayou. Some of the reviews were not favorable, but both my husband and I thought yours and the family's looked amazing! We had been on the fence about eating there. But now we want to. After COVID, they stopped the bread service, it was nice to see it back as well. Your nephew is adorable. Loved the family interaction with Stitch too. ~Ali 🎀🏰💖

Thanks so much Ali! When making the reservation for Blue Bayou I was hoping we would enjoy it, because I haven't been for a while, but it was SO GOOD. Everything was delicious. As you said I'm glad they had the bread included again, it was all so good. Stitch is one of our favorites so we are always glad to see him. Hope you guys are having a great summer!

While the Dragon currently isn't back they've hinted the Dragon will return in the future. Hoping that is true!
