i love all these tips! the one i will struggle the most tho is washing my hair. my hair cant stay in one place so it tries to get on my shoulders when im showering (EDIT: i told my dad about these tips and he says i HAVE to wash my hair everyday because we have flaky hair)

While oil is best for moisturizing the scalp and restoring shine, a serum is better at providing protection from heat damage and taming frizz. Depending on what you need most out of a product, either one could be beneficial in helping you achieve healthier-looking hair (answer i got from google, hope it helps<3)

Hot showers and dry out and irritate your skin so its recommended to use cold or neutral water. Hope that helped <3
