Hey. I think paylocke’s 3rd skill is not doing all its damage in the first light phase. You can check. Only use 3rd skill and get away with 2nd skill. You’ll see there is no damage by water tornado

Psycloke can be used for 2 ABL days, so you need to only give her a brilliant to cap on those 2 days instead of giving 2 characters a brilliant. Its obviously Psycloke, unless you are whale who has Brilliants for every character

Needs to be seen in a few weeks . Usually scores for new metas go up later on . They might end up closer . Also the theme is a big factor here .

Psylocke has more days if you build her than Cable... Well, if you are going to build every character, of course, you should use him. He is more expensive than Psylocke in terms of materials as default and with the 40% or 25% material discount for T4, Psylocke is way cheaper to build... Hehe!
