It's very similar, with some key differences which is why I don't favor it but I'm no expert on lease here pay here so you may be able to enlighten me! Haha As far as I'm aware, it would be the same as a traditional lease as long as it's allowed within the contract. There should be what's called a Residual Value in your contract that is your buyout price without additional fees. You could either pay that in cash or get a loan to do so

I'm telling you, guy's the worst. Great question! FICO stands for the Fair Isaac Corporation and they developed a scoring model which is the most commonly used scoring model in the US. It's pretty much interchangeable with the term credit score here in the States. Think of it as, all FICO scores are credit scores but not all credit scores are FICO scores.

I will also say this about a car with 120k-150k miles is that it can be running great and have recent service done but the suspension is probably bad by then and you may need motor mounts. The car I just got has 121k and the struts are weak on the freeway. I don't mind because I use it locally only so an upgraded suspension might be done later when I get new tires and brakes so I can do an alignment all at once. Something to think about, you can get these cars cheap but you will need to put some money into them to make them really shine.

The mpg is true. I'm getting 30mpg avg from my receipts calculations. On the low maybe 23 mpg on a short local trip. On the freeway or early morning with no traffic it gets 34pmg-37mpg. Shows up in my Metromile data.

I drove mine untill 2019 LOL Perfect car. Oil changes, tune up and maint. Great Car. The electric system shorted out killing the car. Very Sad.
