Normally I would completely agree with you, out of stylistic reasons and after a long period of reflection I came to the decision to take the Tolex in black. Since my rest of the gear is kept in black and I remain true to my line. For the next full stack, I then choose green.

I loved this review! Now I want a set lol. One thing I'd add: maybe turn off the background music when doing an audio demonstration of the bass strings. It made it a bit hard to fully discern their tone. Hope that's not harsh, sometimes videos have loud background music the whole time and you gracefully didn't do that! This really was a great video and made me subscribe!

Thanks dude! Black is my favorite color! I ordered the amp from Thomas Buchallik from Guitar Workshop in Kiel. Thomas is the distributor of Matamp in Germany. Since every amp is custom made, I chose the Tolex in black. Otherwise it's a classic gt120mv. Best regards, Sammy from Bobby Bass Universe

Yeah, every amp is custom, you can get custom graphics, colors and some small tweaks to the circuit if asked

I feel like not a lot of people know that matamp is still very much alive and kicking as a company. All their amps are custom order, but they're still around and from what I can tell making products of unparalleled quality. I don't have one yet, but I'd like to get either a GT 120 or a GT1.
