Great show. Is it just me or does anyone else think the personalities where switched in this episode? Albert you'd expect to be greedy and conniving, and Harold to be the conscientious and honest one. Complete switch over for me. Still great though.

FANTASTIC! 1970. I got home from school aged 9.Dad told me we were in for a special treat. Our street was sealed off and television cameras and huge lights were set up. We lived in Dolly Millers basement in real life. Mum made sure I was looking my best, pressed shorts , shirt and my elastic bow tie! Inside the basement flat was the wardrobe department. It took all evening to shoot that 30 second scene. Dad made a cold collation buffet and I met Harry H in his purple attire! It was a very special night for a nine year old! Dad got paid £5 by the BBC. Our landlord found out and demanded the £5 ( which was a weeks rent) . In proper Albert style, Dad told him to stuff himself till he repaired our slums condition. One other thing to mention. “Any old iron ‘ episode was the first homosexual theme that the BBC ever broadcasted. 29:19
