Night time would be the worst time for a tornado to hit. Any time would be, but at night, visability is limited. Thanks for the video. I am from Australia, and we do not get tornadoes here.

Update: The winds around 1:30 were from a phenomenon called RFD (rear-flank downdraft), pretty much downward winds wrapping around the base of the storm. The actual tornado which was rated an EFU was about a mile in front of me!

Used to live there for a few years and that intersection would always flood with any major rain event. Piss poor design made a valley there and poorly designed drainage system when the city redesigned that intersection years ago.
