Great item! But after I have paired remote to outlet, how do I unpair? I want to factory reset, not pair to different channel. So 2nd remote will not control the outlets I previously paired to.

After calling the company found out it cannot be done. Obviously an oversight or bad decision. So if you want to control separate zones from different remotes DO NOT EVER program both remotes to the boxes. It CANNOT be undone!

Why is this promo showing the led sensor getting wet as if it's raining, but the instructions CLEARLY say to not install where it will have direct exposure to rain? That's deceptive.
