It's interesting, having lived in Connecticut most of my life and now Florida, we actually have less bug issues here in Florida. Back in CT we used to see slugs regularly (no snails from what I can recall), ants, and the worst one especially were ticks, which I probably had 4-5 of them get me growing up and through college. Mosquitos are an issue in both places. Down here though you do get the occasional fire ant hive which you have to knock out. They're mean little bastards. Didn't have to deal with those in CT

Great informative video, just for the vitamin A that’s gold. Vitamin A levels have been decreasing in children recently in parts of the states. Measles outbreaks. 😖 😂pound dirt 🤣🤣🤣🤣 did the meaning of that phrase change?😆

My starfruit tree flowers and set tiny fruits yearly but for some reason it drops all of it. The flowers and the immature fruits. It’s 4 years since I bought it. I have not had any fruit from it. It’s supposed to be a kari variety. What is happening to my tree?

Dwarf trees, besides being easier to spray, prune, and harvest, usually bear fruit earlier.

Isn't it interesting that you have a dude scything a field, spewing more wisdom and complex thought, than many people sitting at a desk, writing books and pretending to be smart.

There might be a misconception that scythe mowing is too primitive, whereas most people have no idea how modern methods (gasoline or electric) destroy wildlife, the grass itself and our hearing.

Why are you showing adding amendments that you don't know the long term results for? also you didn't show any ground prep. Most people don't have an edible nursery to plant in. Most have weeds to contend with too. Thanks for the info

Tropical homestead is an oxymoron because homesteads are a European clear cut agricultural idea. The whole idea of the tropics is that you do not need to engineer your food supplies, if you do it is due to your own ignorance and zeal to colonize...or in this case filibuster in the tropics
