Apology accepted. I know how you feel about the whole thing about people who are inexperienced, trust me. Kids at my school are possibly the most arrogant, closed-minded idiots on the face of this earth. My Tornado Kick and Hook Kick are amateur, to say the least, but they at least get the job done.

I never said it wasn't absolute Hell attempting to perform the kick. And, sir, YOU have no business telling me what I can and cannot do. When someone is truly dedicated to performing something, they will try and train until they can perform it. It's been a good nine months, and I've got that spin hook down. You may have many more years of experience than me, so I have no doubt that you could wipe the floor with me, but you have no business judging my capabilities when you haven't seen them.

Sorry but if you have only been doing martial arts for 4 months you have no business attempted a spin hook kick let alone a 540. And I seriously doubt you "mastered" a tornado round kick in that time. Stamina & conditioning have nothing to do with the fine motor skills of performing complex kicks. 23 1/2 martial arts experience here BTW.

HACKS THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE. Nah, I'm just Joking. I want to learn how to do this kick, as it's always been of interest to me. I've only been training in Martial Arts for about 4 Months, But I've had about three years of Stamina and Conditioning, so I learned plenty of Techniques pretty quick. I mastered the Tornado Kick in under a week. I'm still not going to try this, though. Hell, I can barely do a 360 Spin Hook, So I am sure I would break my spine if I tried this now. Keep it up!

This kick is realy hard. I practice TKD at years, but i can't do this kick. I hawe a lost of kicks in me, diferent kicks to, tornado, or jumping mon dolyo, ect. But i can't learn this.

Do all Taekwondo practitioners actually develop the flexability to do these kicks so well? Like do some actually start off unflexable?

Black people can jump really high... but asian people can fly.. :)

If you are with your left you are going to do 450 hook kick with left leg,I use right stance cuz i kick with my right leg

Cheat 720 and 540 hook are same kick

Be ambidextrous! :D Or you can use whichever side you're more comfortable on.
