Hey XY2, how do you determine what phase each subdivision gets, I'm good at finding data and maps for countries, but i find it impossible to determine what each region/province phase will be. Do you know a good way to make accurate phases for data and maps???

the best way is to use excel or Google sheets and calculate the average of every subdivision then determine the phases, but I find that way time consuming so I just do everything by hand
