I just purchased one. I see how to setup the angle for the middle pitch but how should I adjust the angle for a high or low pitch?

Looks like the board is lined up to center field for all three pitch locations. Are you angling the board at all to be in line with the ball path off the bat?

There might be 3 or 4 MLB hitters who lineup their knuckles as you teach. The vast majority have their top knuckles lined up with where a ring would be on the bottom hand. Many have the second position that you showed, and Hank Aaron actually used the first position you showed. He is the ONLY player I've ever seen use that grip. I haven't found many MLB hitters with their knuckles lined up. The top hand has the palm up at contact, but the bottom hand supinates slightly and the elbow bends. You are correct that the bat is held in the fingers and not the palm.

Ok this is a tough one for me. Because if you watch Mike trout or any big hitter in slow motion they don't line up the knuckles. I looks like they let the bat rotate in the top hand. Are we teaching youth this for feel? or should this be how we grip the bat? This is the way I was taught, but I have always wonders why big hitters don't grip this way.
