Thanks for the feedback. We'd recommend getting in touch with our support team, there may be some ramp rate settings that need to be adjusted for the smooth dimming effect when double clicking. It should work well in any scenario with the right settings.

Great questions! Same settings apply to the new 800LR version. The unit monitors RH and all settings relate to RH. The default value for reporting threshold means that the next reading needs to change by at least 10% in order to be reports. So for example, if the sensor reports 35% RH and the next reading it takes is 37%, it will not be reported (the hub will still show 35%). But if the next reading goes up to 46%, then this new value will be sent to the hub and it will display 46%. The lower the threshold, the more price the readings, but also the sensor needs to send more reports which will affect battery life and overall traffic in the network.

All of the Zooz wall dimmers (ZEN72, ZEN77, ZEN74) have already been upgraded to 800LR. The Tilt/Shock Sensor will be available very soon.

@@ZoozSmartHome I figured from your spec that it's IP66 and thus can't be submerged. Also I have doubts that z-wave will work well if the device is in the ground. I wish you had a product that could just be operated by 12V DC, so that the controller would be in the house, sending + or -12V to the motor...

Thanks for the feedback! We've let our team know that we need to create videos showcasing the interface more (which should do a better job at enticing people to give the Z-Box a try because it's worth it!).

The hub doesn't feature a Zigbee or Bluetooth radio but it can communicate with Zigbee and Wifi devices through third party integrations available through the Fibaro marketplace.

The hub is focused on Z-Wave devices and was designed based on requests from our Zooz customers that asked for a seamless integration with our and other Z-Wave products. While Z-Wave JS and HA are improving when it comes to Z-Wave integration, we have no real control over how Zooz products display there, and the automation part (as well as set-up) can be overwhelming for some of our customers.

@@ZoozSmartHome agreed, but HA is open source, so you could have contributed to the source code if necessary and pre-installed HA with a set up that addressed the complexity. For instance, you could have added support for Zooz firmware updates directly in HA (GE/Jasco supports this now using a common framework).

@@markaggar We found that most of our customers weren't ready for HA in its present form and we couldn't afford to provide the level of service we do while also distributing free code so we decided to partner with Fibaro to offer a solid Z-Wave ecosystem that can still integrate with HA if needed as it offers access to the local API straight from the interface. We continue supporting Z-Wave JS and Home Assistant on the Zooz side as much as we can, including through the official Works With Home Assistant program and our growing support documentation. Our firmware files will also be uploaded to the HA library shortly as we're navigating the best way to share multiple files per model depending on the version of the product. We're committed to making everyone's experience more streamlined, regardless of the platform.

There are none. If you have a min that is a gate valve you should have it replaced with ball valve. You could replace it with an in-line shut-off as well since you would need plumbing done anyway.
