Its unusual for honeybees to build comb out-in-the-open. Looks like you did a great job with the removal.

@@WHITEBIKINIS Most definitely. I added about 70 lbs to it so that it would stay down when raking heavier piles, and that helped a bunch. Longer tines would also be nice but again, at this price point, I'm happy.

i don't think this company sells them but you might be able to find tines only online. They seem to hold up pretty well and for the cost may be able to purchase a new rake in entirety for less. Hope that helps! Thanks for watching!

@WHITEBIKINIS
@WHITEBIKINIS 2 жыл бұрын
you can try to get it on one side only.. make sure you pin it so it does not fall off and then drag to level area. (You don't need to connect all points just to move it)... If its in really bad spot you can use the bucket or loader to drag as well.... hope that helps, let me know.

Nice job! First let me say, as I show my age... the music... especially in the beginning I was waiting for Crockett and Tubbs to come blasting in any minute! Flashback to a great show then but watch it now and you’ll ask why it was a great show. Anyway.... I’ve watched a few of your videos lately because I have a new 1025R being delivered this week. I really liked the log dragging video. If I may... I recognize producing videos takes an amazing amount of work and you do a great job. It appears you wear you GoPro on your head which creates too much movement. The chest gimbal is much better for these videos because while your head is moving all the time your chest is relatively stationary.

Not sure how much you used that, but someone on the 1025r facebook group kept breaking his rockshaft where the top pin goes through on his 1025r using that model of post hole digger. Not sure if it was user error or equipment. Just something to be aware of.

Not sure. Dirt by me has a fair amount of shale but seems to be able to power through it. I did break the shear pin once, but it was a huge boulder that locked it up. I have used it to dig dozen of holes and it works great for me. Thank you for watching.

Be sure to have the forks in line with the pistons that pick up the bucket. Max strength that way. Should have more weight in the back when picking up heavy in the front. I use a Brush Hog. Just pick it up and not connect but the 3 points and you have counter weight that is long - force = mass x length something like that. I use my rotary tiller for lighter loads - heavy short depth. Watch turning - tough on front axles/wheels. I do much the same on my property - I have a grapple to help me and leave the forks for my 48x96 4x4 heavy pallet to haul branches.... stuff around.
@martineastburn3679
@martineastburn3679 5 жыл бұрын
Forks should be behind each piston - for less stress on bucket and more power. The chain should be on the bucket with hooks there or across both forks and then pivot the log between the logs. When lifting, you might consider having the rear bucket extended outward and down for weight balance or have the small bucket hold weights. Wheel chocks might help pulling the tractor to the log. Might try lifting with the rear bucket - the curl in both have more power than lift. A few thoughts for you - I have a 50 made in Sweden with a 20" blade. Nice saw. Keep it sharp and the clean out teeth cut down to the cutting height so it won't float the saw blade. Just a note. Martin

I've used the clamp on forks before I bought the "real" forks. Clampon's definitely work well, but I've found so many uses for the "real" forks i'm glad i made the investment. I've got the '17 tlb as well, great little work horse for sure. What husqvarna you running? I've got a 455 Rancher that I love!
