Soon the needs will be paired off and all we will have is savings and travel. They we will be able to spend additional time with loved ones. They are the most important things in our lives.💗

I wish you much luck on your selling process. We have a house here in MA and we plan on selling this house to bridge the gap for early retirement. We were evicted we were devastated. The universe showed up there again. We bought at the lowest possible time and if things go well ,we sell it for 300% . I believe if we are GOOD people then good things happen. @@Lifeinthewyldewest thank you for the comment. The new dream is the way it’s supposed to be. I have a great feeling about it. If that failure did not happen I would not have discovered this journey. I Quit my job, got a better one, my staff came with me, and I was able to give back to them some hope. That all helped me become me now. Life is incredible. I never what to forget that again. 💗🇵🇷 thank you again.

Don't forget they take out around %20 for deferred taxes. Depends what state you live in...

Yes! If we start to look at all the taxes and each different state, that $1800 is reduced. Add in Medicare plans and the check gets smaller. We all need to find ways to BRIDGE RHE GAP!

Another suggestion is to get a solar system so you don't have to depend on a generator when there is no electricity. When Hurricane Maria affected the electric system we were without electricity for 6 months and the lines to buy gasoline took hours.

better yet learn about how to use Bill's of Exchange to access your CQV Trust bond that the govt derived from your Brith application and your mothers signature...look up how to remove your status as Surety to your Bond. Then, there are no taxes, no obligations to pay anything the government or banks demand, because you are not the Surety.

Free money is free money, so long as someone is paying their cards off before interest kicks in, it's perfectly reasonable. It's called taking advantage of credit before it takes advantage of you.

It weirds me out when Americans go "Credit score! I need it to take a mortgage!" Whilst here, it's like "you earn so and so much each yeah, we can grant you this and this mortgage over [insert years here]" In other words, you don't need to touch a credit card.

Debt = Death mortgage comes from the 2 words mort (mortuary) gage (trap) it's proven that if you rent wisely and Save the same amount of money you pay in rent , after 26yrs your savings will allow you to buy property outright...cool hey
