I bought brand new targa seals for my Supra but I will be interested in doing this to my seals to keep them fresh. I bought my targa seals from a ebay Japan seller. Didn’t even bother to look if it’s still available at the Toyota dealer

Damn, I'd love a stock raid fan shroud like that. Mine had a broken mount point. Not a big deal but your entire engine bay looks better than mine and All the MK3 owners say mine is the best they have seen. DAMN.
@HeyMK3GuyСағат бұрын
LOVE a good clean fan shroud!
@rushnerd9 сағат бұрын
I did this EXACT thing on my 88 all the way around. I don't know that it really did much, the targa rails are what actually let water in. I tried fixing them them year and then the top couldn't screw in right because it was cockeyed and long story short, the top flew off lol. I have a new one on and of course it leaks too, but not as bad. I know Shin-Etsu is the REAL deal, but it's a tiny fix to the real problem. Incredibly nice MK3 btw. It's laughable you still have the plastic seatbelt guide hooks intact. That thing has not seen that much use. Mine is the same color as yours, only oxblood interior. Just needs paint to look anywhere near yours. Full custom LED stuff. But only a 7M, you got the gem!
@HeyMK3Guy4 сағат бұрын
Thank you for your kind words! I had a very late night out at a car meet years back and had to be up early for work. I had the targa off all night and was so tired when I got home that I just laid the top on without securing it. That morning, I paid the price by having it fly off on the way to work!

Perhaps if You set out to record more video, with each class, round, within this competition, then You may have a more complete set to edit, thus worthy to post to. 🙂 perhaps look at some other channels with quality video recording editing, which post for similar events. it was nice to see a few of these various, nice machines, vehicles that participated within this event. All The Best, Sincerely P.S. when, if ever, have You recorded video using a video tape recorder ? or do You even have such equipment to record, playback, then convert to digital format to upload onto the "I-net" and this platform ?

Nice man!! What a dream. I had an 1986 1/2 the first year they came out no turbo the turbo wasn't till 87. It was like my first car as teenager my parents older car. I loved it and always wanted the turbo. In 1995 I had a chance to get a 1991 Turbo targa white Supra. It was a cream puff SO clean like 38,000 miles. I ended up getting a brand new 1995 Integra GSR. 8000 rpm redline 176hp, 2800lbs. That was a blast too. But part of me always wished I had gotten the 91 Turbo targa lol.
