The pooling agents take the figures and send to their representatives in their respective regions, and after collation, they also send them to their headquarters. How can someone rig this process? If people think Mahama went to Russia for help to rig the elections, it is a lie. He might have gone there for money, which could be possible due to the relationship he has with the Russian authorities. Even when he is caught in that he could be disqualified. Ghanaians should ignore any notion of Mahama seeking the help of the Russian government to rig the elections. I am sure the Ghana Security Agencies are monitoring him from afar.
