hey girl.....If you want to loose wait.... 1 eat simple breakfast like oats or fruits chat something 2Lunch -- eat anything in your lunch + add some portion of salad 3 Dinner-- basic simple dinner before 7pm 4 workout-- just start from 20 min workout (for beginners) bs aise start krdo... Then try to skip sugar I knw starting mein problem hoti hai...... Try chloe ting's, lilly sabri Or daisy keech's workouts... It really helps you alot... Mene 2 months mein 4 kg loose kra aise hi... Now I'm looking slimmer than before❤... Lastly I know you can do it... Just do it❤❤
