Prayers brother ! If you haven't tried a chiropractor yet give it a try . I have back problems had to have surgery but chiropractor helped for a long time . Might even fix your problem. The decompression works wonders .

I will tell you my story - exact same diagnosis as you “have”. Same system of shots etc for 9.5 years. Shear misery…UNTIL I found out that nightshade veggies caused back and hip pain. “Healthy” tomatoes potato and peppers, including paprika. After removing these from my diet 💯 my back pain of nine+ years was significantly better in THREE DAYS! In 10 days completely gone! Veggies can cause back pain shoulder pain even lovely spinach. Yup. So when you do carnivore you leave those things behind. Do a food diary look 3 days out from whatever meal might have caused you pain. Good luck. Any questions send me message.

Restrictive diets never worked for me. I would lose 20-30lbs and gain it back 6months later. I Did this YoYo game for a long time, until I found what worked. For me it was important not to restrict the foods I wanted to eat, so I just counted my calories. I used an app to count calories for a couple of months, and it gave me an idea of how to manage my food. Now I don't use the app anymore, but I try to approximate how many calories I take in. I still eat pizzas, chips, burgers, takeout from time to time. I just have to watch my portions and approximate the amount of calories I take in. Sometimes, like today, I'll eat some takeout, but skip a meal to compensate for what I just ate. Its been 2 years since I started the calorie monitoring, and the 30lbs I lost haven't come back. The high restrictive diets, like carnivore or Keto, aren't for everyone and for a lot of people it just works for a short period of time. I would highly suggest trying to count your calories, and maybe have smaller portions of food you like. Best of luck to you. Hopefully you can find something that works!

Hello my friend, I don’t know if you’d ever consider this, but I finally went to my doctor and had a deep conversation about my struggles with carnivore/keto/every other program I’ve been on. It turns out that I have a hormone deficiency and I have been taking a GLP-1 and GIP medication which is correcting my deficiency and the weight is coming off….finally

It's hard to maintain your desire. The motivation isn't easy. I did carnivore for a year strictly. I quit but I lost 10 lbs and got down to my goal weight. I just didn't like giving up on types of foods. I gained weight after stopping. I started counting calories and loosing weight to a point. I hit a plato so I decided to try and do carb cycling. I go all week on low carbs, high protein, and low fat. On the weekends I eat high carbs, low protein, and low fat. I'm on my 3rd week now and I will be getting to the lowest weight I was when on carnivore. I can eat the carbs now with higher calories on the weekend.

Yea for now I'm going to go slow at it starting out. This last time was the best I'd ever done with carnivore but it's not sustainable long term for me. But even if I go off for a few months and start back I'll eventually be under the 300 lol. Started at 384 so I'm still down quite a bit
