I’m amazed at how much care goes into the seemingly lowly glass marble. I hope that next time we see a marble, we’ll remember that the glass blower literally breathed life into the little masterpieces.

Most marbles are machine-made. They used to be handmade from long rods like this and very elaborate and beautiful. Now only expensive art-marbles are made this way.

I wait for a machine that does by AI all sterling cutlery which I like so much as Kings pattern in my kitchen. And when my taste changes I place them all into the machine again and it comes out in Queens pattern.

The best and most beautiful sterling silver cutlery were once produced by George Adams in about 1820 to 1860 in the Kings and Queens pattern, still available in the Silver Vaults, Nr. 18 in London. It is costly but it is the best in the world.

i literally just thought that to myself as well. Glassworks are the most fascinating type of artistry, I'm constantly drawn to it. In fact I've collected many glass pieces over the years. It definitely makes dusting (and moving) fun.

Everywhere I go people is glued to a cell phone...and even walking by the street they don't even acknowledge you are about to have a head collision with them. No, Its not hot enough to emit the radiation that damages eyes, Lamp workers with a torch need them though.

I just watched a whole other video of a community that make marbles and they don’t do it like this. They have their own little operation made out of fire bricks. And their marbles were just as good as this guys I’ll bet this dude‘s marbles cost a fortune.🧐

The senior blower is back at the gloryhole, he ha more glass on his rod and has been warming it up because glassblowers have to keep the glass on their rods hot enough to fiddle with and reshape. Didbt knew this had other message
