Why use fire when you could use quake - stun lock plus petrify

I'd rather First Strike, ATB Ward Down, build to half, ATB boost, entire team has full bar now. Arcane Ward on to Yuffie who I have already told to Doppelganger. Have her cast Cometeor 4x for one cast because yes, it works that way. If it's later in a fight Radiant Ward too. I use Poison and Petrify + Synergy on Aerith so she always has something to cast on the enemy not reliant on weaknesses.

This has been my build since getting MP absorb on Remake. Can 100% hard mode in under 10 hours with it. Even my 1st run is similar. Just reaching Cosmo Canyon on Rebirth but yeah this is definitely going to be critical on hard mode.

No skills 😄 you got donked by a small enemy, all you had to do was focus mostly on the smaller enemies because you had Elemental materia equipped aha Good effort though and keep practicing ❤️

There’s really no point in dynamic mode level 70 play. Dynamic is just synced, it’s no harder than normal mode is at the correct level. Almost all hard mode bosses requires slight changes to materia, and you use things like Barrier and dispel, not 4x fire 😂.

When you get to higher level you will get perk card called starched genes. There are things called serums you want to get marsupial. This is a must to jump high. The perk card once on keeps it you can look it up. Just look for them at people’s camps vendor. 76 is a blast to play. Once you eat comfy put on your mic join a team meet people blow things up. Enjoy. I’m end game five year 3300 hours 😆.

You are doing it right -- follow the Overseer holotapes and it will lead you down the path of the original main quest. Responder questline is next in the main quest.

Don't stress getting mods. Once you get to the mall, you'll have access to a bunch of vendors where you can buy many of them if you want to skip the RNG of it all, or you can cheese it by buying the plans for the weapon and crafting a bunch of level 1 of the weapon you want the mods for then scrapping them. Once you start doing events, you can also take advantage of the loot all feature and scrap those to fill in your list. The vast majority of events have a crafting table somewhere nearby you can scrap at.

Ok, so, the Scoreboard. In the menu(top left of the map), you'll find the "Challenges" section. Most of these are basic tasks you can do to get some free Atoms to use in the Atomic Shop. However, there are daily and weekly challenges that award score points that rank up the Scoreboard. These are basically free Atomic shop items you can earn in the current season. They're mostly simple paint jobs or camp plans with a few various consumables thrown in. The yellow framed rewards are exclusive to Fallout 1st members. This early in your experience, I wouldn't put too much into it, it will definitely overwhelm you. But claim what you can. Scoreboards are also getting overhauled with the next patch, so I'm not going to go any deeper into it.

Doorways only come in full sized walls. There are no vertical half walls.

If you want a doorway you select the main wall and then scroll it for window or doorway before placing.

You definitely have a unique playstyle, it reminds me of playing the other Fallouts, ie solo. One thing you will notice is that the game really baby's you from the start, personally I think you started off just a tad bit wrong with being lvl 20 on your first playthrough. Only because the builds the games gives you are alright at best, you can change them using a loadout machine.

The interactions with cloud and the shinra grunt were 10/10!

I was like you and refused to play it. But it was on sale and I knew the next fallout game wasn't going to hit for years and years. I played fallout 1 when it came out which means I'm in my 50s. I'm not waiting for the next one to come out. Hell I might be dead by then.

Oh trust me, the old players of 76 are more annoyed when that "start at level 20" (and the whole extra ammo, junk and chems) introduced several months ago lol it's supposed to be an option for people who wanna play with their alternative characters, but as you can see, you as a noob can choose it too. Seems like there was a lot of whining first before knowing you're wrong lol (package and weapons) But I hope you really do give this game a fair chance. Not the best, but if you able to enjoy 4, I think you'll enjoy this one too

Sin is a beast!

You want to be graveling every weapon you see. Until you get your perks set up you will need all the loot you can get your hands on. No matter how ready you think you are. You will never truly be ready. Honestly the best part about fallout.

i play on ps5 and i dont use aim assist! you're giving the game a strike and all you have to do is not use it ! who cares what others are doing unless you play pvp it doesn't matter. most people dont even want to pvp. the community isn't toxic like other games. need something just ask everyone wants to help because they got help when they started. its kinda a tradition to give back .

fallout 76 is actually an ok game if you dont think of it as a fallout game but a fallout adjacent game. i never wanted to play it but my wife wanted a game we could play together. 2 months later im level 219 and its not the worse multi player game ive ever played
