How do you sleep with your hair in that? I can’t.. I use a silk scarf for my curls and it’s very versatile; you can make them tighter or looser. AAAAND it’s comfortable to sleep in 😪💤

HUGE tip regarding breaking in Doc Martens or any tough leather boots without getting blisters... this is frequently done by military and police personnel: wear a pair of sock length nylon panty hose socks under your regular socks until your footwear has broken in. Damn, between all the collateral effects, I wish I lost libido! 😂 I've always have been a bit lazy & incline to depression, so it's a bit difficult to determine whether or not are influenced by the pill, but feeling tired even after sleeping 11 hours, CRAVINGS (which I now realize it's NOT me), gaining weight and no matter what you do you can't stop it...man, that was and IS awful. Because I can't even enjoy food without worrying. Even because my digestion hasn't been working regularly for the past 4 years, and when it does it's during the weekly pause from the pill. Not to mention, my grandparents and my mother suffered from varicose veins and I need to get checked. Some petechiae appeared right on corrispondence of those veins, and never went away but increased in the last 3 years, and those can be caused by a coagulation problem...Thank you for your video, It was helpful🩷💖

Ive been on this for 6 or 7 years ive lost track but i had horrible bleeding on and off for 2 years then by the 3rd year nothing. My other symptoms are horrible mood swings secere depression and anxiety and the longer im on this ive developed skin rashes and sun sensitivity
