Add an eDRUMin 4, 8, or 10 connected by MIDI so you don't burn so many inputs on the TD-8. You would need to change the Pad Type on Aux 2 from a Dual Piezo Type Trigger to a Piezo-Switch Type Trigger in the Trigger Bank to support a Dual Zone Cymbal. The issue is the cables are Bow and Edge on one cable and the same Bow and Bell on the other cable, and the module will not eliminate the Bow sound when the Switch on the other cable is closed, unlike latr modules that support three-zone working. eDRUMin is the way to go.

I bought one a few years ago and didn’t have good luck with it. It got constant ghost triggers, and just all around terrible performance. Plus I thought it felt very cheaply made from a cheap 3d printed case. Sent it back.

Hey man! Have you had any issues with your snare after long term use? My snare started acting up after only 2 weeks, I've looked online and it seems to be specifically a simmons issue. Do you have any idea what that's about? Or about any fixes?

I never had any issues. I used mine for about a year before I switched the module having to use a different snare because of the connection.

Sleek set up! The mix sounds great and your band is super tight! How do you like the td07 module? Ive been considering a roland vad103 but I keep reading the weak point is the module. Im going back and forth between a vad103 and the efnote mini.

@@demonicsweaters it worked perfectly through discord with the interface I got. I just selected the input and output from the interface and headphones and separate mic from the interface. So I bought this same unit and have played it for about 5 months now with no issues. Now, as of last week I am having a strange issue that when pressing the bass drum pedal, I am getting double beats for every time I press it once (double triggering), which is making it impossible to use. I have tried everything I can think of to fix it, but nothing worked., including swapping pedals I have a friend who had the exact same issues with the same model as well, but he was able to return it to Amazon as it was still new, but mine is out of the return window. I tried contacting Pyle, but their CS is horrible and got some Chinese woman who could barely speak English and had no clue. I also tried sending them an email but haven't received a response yet. Has anyone else had this problem with the kick drum playing double heats, and if so, is there a fix for it?

I've searched your videos to try and find this answer, but wasn't able to find it. What made you switch your module to the td07 module from the simmons module? Curious because i have the same simmons kit.
@demonicsweaters10 күн бұрын
In a teaching environment, it's just better because there's less stuff to mess with and to distract the kids. The SD1250 had so many dials and sliders on it, they couldn't resist constantly fooling with them haha. Also, the TD-07 is just a good and fairly realistic sounding module that works great for live performance.
