I am a carpenter. The actual answer (assuming all cuts are perfectly accurate) is 5¾" if you are using a typical miter saw, 5¹³⁄₁₆" if you are using a typical western handsaw, or 5⅞" if you are using a Japanese hansaw.

Mr. Colfax, question ? How do i remember which formula to use for the problem. When theres so many similarities in wording. I get really confused whenever i face a problem. I know ive done it before but forget how to do it. Then maybe i do a problem and use a whole different formula im just super confused. Im tryna catch up for all the years i missed

What if you have a negative odd number?

21 years old, dropped out from high school since i was 15. I’m an US resident originally from Tonga and my English isn’t really perfect. I have hard time trying to understand some words when it comes to reading. I tried joining the army back in 2021 but they required High school diploma or GED. I went to adult school trying to get my GED but it took me years and it’s just too long. Now I’m trying to pass ASVAB so i could join the army.

Anywhere above 50k will be a profit, so the break even point is at 50k
@heymoe11795 күн бұрын
@@ColfaxMath that's right...50k is break even, not a profit. The question is worded poorly and is what confuses many so that it would be missed. The question asked for "profit" and not "break even."
