Nigh vision is the only superpower you can buy. It's definitely worth looking through one. You can see thousands of more stars in the night sky. They are great to view the northern lights as well. I help a friend every fall with a Night Vision corn maze at Uncle Franks Apple town. 4333 US-31, Alanson, MI 49706 Maybe something you, your mom, and a few friends could check out this fall.

Issues with old turbo trucks. Newer ecv have center mount turbo and it doesn't heat up the number 1 cylinder like old ones pre 2006

Contact Dirt legal. They will get you a legal plate. I use Hagerty insurance.

Thanks for the video! I grew up in Northern, Michigan headed to Arizona in 2003. There is a company that does and sells a Duramax/Allison swap kit. Can you discuss pricing? What is a fair market price depending on condition and ect, of course the $50k-$100k ones are built head to toe, I would assume $25k-$50k are in fairly good shape, $15K-$25 need some love, and anything under $15k is probably a mechanic special.

I have purchased 2 so far from GovPlanet. You are 100% correct, you have no idea what you are getting. My second truck a M1152A1 was only going to be a parts truck. Listed as non runner, pictures showed oil filter missing and start box gone. I added a oil filter, fluids, some batteries and a start box.....fired right up and runs and drives great....now im not sure i want to take parts from it. So you just never know, i got lucky it was a runner but it easily could have been worse and not even a good parts truck. Great video!

Your doing great with the Humvee! I have been looking at one for years but they can range from $5K-$100K with $25K-$35K being the median price. Can you do a video some day explaining pricing and what a new buyer should look for?

Same/ I watched the Gov auction for a few months and learned the models. From there I made a check list of “must haves.” ie- must have windshield. Must run. Must shift gears. I could work with all the cosmetic issues. Finally bought one and changed the flow plugs. Starts up perfect and runs great. Just finished painting it too. Have a plan and work the plan! I feel like the prices are going up

No complaints on the doors. They are nice and solid and well built. The window could be improved on. Thats my only issue.

Thanks for putting out these videos. Do you know if you can fit a jerry c onto something with a smaller diameter than a pvs-14? I've got a pvs-14 with a green phos tube and a gen 1 armasight sparl core that I picked up years ago to get an understanding of how night vision works. I'm trying to see if it would be possible to put the jerry c onto my gen 1 or just pick up a flir breach.

I'm not sure if it would fit your gen1. It is adjustable. However, I dont know the specs. The Flir Breach is a nice unit. I had one a few years ago.

You can find a gen3 pvs7 used for around 1500. I would go that route. I'm not familiar with Teslord.

Is the front half of the objective a magnifier? It looks like you can take the front part of the lens off and make it the 1.125x version. That would be pretty neat for running a scope behind it.

I just bought one V2 model. Listen if the scope is loose on your rail like mine was here is what you do. You release the mount, remove it, then press in on the springs while it's still in the released position. This will expose the adjustment but that can tighten the QA mount to the rail. Hope that helps.
