You can apply the same deep conditioner to you hair and sit under a steamer for about 15 mins

Hello. When you twist the hair, are you doing a "plain" twist, or are you doing a rope twist?

I start off with a 3 stand braid then transition in to a rope twist then I loosen up the twist as I braid down for a fuller look

I recommend once a month to start off for atleast the first 3 months after that you can stretch it to every 6 weeks. I do not recommend anything longer than that.
