Oh I share your sentiments with regards to black tax, my annoyance is when they have seen you do everything else and they still reach out to ask for something or if you buy yourself something or go out they feel like it’s an opportunity to ask for more as if you can’t enjoy the money you work hard and stress for. There really is no consideration and that makes everything hard I also started adding boundaries last year and this year is a full me year

Boundaries is the only way, they will suck you dry and leave you to die. For me the worst part is when these people have large cash injections and they waste it on nonsense instead of handing the important things and then when things go south, they want you to handle all the important things but they wasted it all in front of you. I believe people need to face the consequences of their own actions.
