Love your riding and presentation style. I rode one of these on the original Niken tour. Still don't see many on the road. I hear they are not completely un-crashable when really pushed.

I have a Husqvarna 350 that I ride off-road. I have run the X 30s the X 40s and the E50 is a better all around tire. I wasn’t surprised that the front was confidence inspiring. But I was more than overwhelmingly, surprised that the rear end with that scoop type design got tractions in all conditions. If I was still racing motocross, I put these on forward the Southern California tracks that I raced at. Glen Helen, Perris

I like the look of the Niken and want a gt but I live in Cornwall and find that all the Nikens seem to be OOp country by a few hundred miles.....so I go without (for now) I'm not going to ride some 2 to 3 hundred miles just to try one out thats for sure.

As someone who is not a biker, but prefers watching superbikes and Moto GP any day of the week, over and above F1 (boring). I think it looks cool. And if I had a bike license it would be a serious contender as a bike to buy. Enjoyable video by the way. 👍

Personally I would love to see some tests where sand is on the road to where all tires let go , what will happen? Will it it naturally stay up? low side like a conventional bike? highside and flip when it hooks back up? THIS is what I am most interested in! Because I HAVE gone down with light sand dusting on road (was unmarked post construction) I have many times briefly lost traction in turns without incident so I have to wonder ablout this configuration

Subtitles voice to text consistantly has way more trouble with various british accents than for instance Amercian English ,,,,does that mean we speak English better than the English? lol

I'm returning to motorcycling after a long break and I've just bought one at a very heavily discounted price. I pick it up next week and can't wait to get back in the saddle again.

Hi Mossy have done 23,000 miles on my first Niken GT since April 19 and am picking up Niken number 2 next week. As owner/instructor of a Motorcycle Training School this motorcycle does everything, its so much fun on way to work especially when late and I am carving past traffic, comfortable following 16yr olds on mopeds and turns that many heads during the day I must keep half a dozen chiropractors in business!!

Do you still counter steer these monstrosities?

You probably do. I have a Piaggio mp3 500. It has two wheels in the front also and I counter steer on it in order to induce the leaning for curves.

A decent & fair review I think. A very nice but flawed bike. Typical Suzuki imo & I've owned four of them. Bit daft about the tank range, 120 miles (max) is just silly. Although I loved my RGV back in the day & that had about a 90 mile tank range so if you like it enough, I guess you could live with it. Although I suspect that Suzuki will probably enlarge the tank at some point in the not too distant future.

Hey Mossy, great to see you on your own channel. I've enjoyed your 44 Teeth cameos. KZfaq needs someone who isn't scared to upset the applecart occasionally. I seem to be in the minority of riders who thinks the Niken looks awesome, I do however own a Boom trike, as well as my bikes, which may help with that. The recurring comment I'm hearing is about how the Niken allows a rider to push harder and faster than a standard bike, closely followed by how it would be good for the less confident rider. I find that a bit worrying, sensible riders stay within their capabilities or pretty soon they are bouncing down the road on their ass. Here, with the Niken, we have a bike that will take riders beyond their own capabilities and even if the bike is capable is that a good thing? I think the Niken is going to disappear into obscurity; most riders appear to hate it and won't give it a go anyway. As for me I'd love to ride one but purchase no: I could buy a Tracer 900 for £4.250 less than a Niken, ok the Niken will allow higher cornering speeds but the thrill of being on the limit is going to be the same so personally I don't think it would be worth the extra dosh.
