As far as we can go, don't go to dairy-free cheese route and possible meat route, just cook your food your vegetables and meat replacements via vegetables and nuts. Fresh vegetables and fruit. Just saying, that's where your real vitamins are coming from and it will definitely get rid of your skin issues.😊

Hey Matt 😉 You cracked me up going straight back with your clippers leaving that runway ✈️ because I’m not a barber and I had no guard…clipper closed 😳🫣🫢😶 I screamed for my Mom and she just looked at me. I embraced my look but in a week my hair was back. I think you’re wife will understand…for better or worse. Besides your head will feel like a peach. #1 is my go-to guard too. I think you look very nice. Eucerin cream(in the jar) may help your Eczema topically but start drinking more water. You should see a difference in your skin…also check out Turmeric soap. Its a lil pricey but research it to see if it may help. I couldn’t think of the name until I saw an ad…Gold Bond…they have a number of different lotions for different skin issues.
