I like these video tours. Although I have to be honest this does not look like an 1100 square foot apartment. Are you guys including the corridor/elevators in with that? I would say this is a 950 at best. 975 tops. When you look at the floor plan on your website it looks larger. This would be a great apartment if it was actually the square footage that you claim it to be. I'll give the benefit of doubt & say maybe it was the camera & it should have been filmed on a different zoom setting?....

Also, maybe I missed it but where are the medicine cabinets in the bathrooms? Please don't tell me that dinky shelf above the sinks is supposed to suffice as a real honest to goodness medicine cabinet.

I live in Bosnia, i can't believe how similar our apartment's are, our building's are not that high, but apartment's inside are almoust the same :D but i think when it comes to the houses it is a big difference, because here houses are made from brick and they look different, i know in some areas in america houses are from wood. Love the apartment :) i would buy it if i live in nyc.
