The second method (two knees), I believe, would work best for me.

Yes, I have had used acupuncture on occasion. When the needle hits the right point, the relieve from pain is unreal. I remember in one session, I let out a moan so loud the patient in the next room actually scream a question asking me if I was okay. The neck pain from the previous couple weeks where I can hardly get out of bed seemed to have whooshed out of my neck. My wife drove to the acupuncturist, and I drove us home. Having said that, I only gone 6 times for different pain treatments. 2 with great success, 2 times with moderate success, and 2 times it was just meh. I was too aggressive with my exercises. Now, I just do 3 body weight exercises and lots of joint movement exercises. They have kept me pretty much physically healthy these past 5 years.

In Oakland, Berkeley, California and other Bay Area locations there are Community Acupuncture clinics, such as the Oakland Acupuncture Project, the Berkeley Acupuncture Project. Payment on a sliding scale, starting at $15 a session. Excellent practitioners.

Can acupuncture help syncope. I have cervical spinal stenosis. I do not have much pain at all, so that is one good thing. I am bed ridden as I cannot stand or even sit up if my head and neck are not supported. I get extremely dizzy and have passed out completely many times. I stopped taking showers because of the dizziness but even standing long enough to wash up in the sink is difficult. I will look on your site to see what I can do.

I've had chronic pain for about five years now. I did try acupuncture (about 7 sessions) and it did not work for the chronic pain. I had tried acupuncture before for headaches and it helped, but not this time. Like many people I have tried many different things to help ease the pain. What I am now doing because I find the most relief is focus on doing things that help calm my nervous system. It includes Mediation, Qigong, stretching and other exercises that work different areas of my body on a daily basis. While the pain is not completely gone it is manageable and my body feels different. It is my hope that if I am consistent, over time my body will continue to improve.

I used two therapists at two very seperate periods in my 37yr with ME. Didn't work for me. I have Dr's "pain book" and now understand why and how pain happens. My personal journey was from beyond birth in 1944. Now 80 I can see a way, I hope, (as long as I can beat death). It is a tortuous storey, too long to put here.

What a waste of time watching this video. If a person could do all the exercising you are proposing with the pain they are experiencing, then you would not have needed the surgery - at least I would not have needed my surgery. I first had a lumbar laminotomy, but after the surgery, my L2 and L3 vertebrae collapsed on one another, so a spinal fusion was necessary. I had both spinal stenosis and scoliosis in my spine, which was worst at the location of the L2 and L3. vertebrae. I assume spinal fusion is not done on Canadians because of the limited health care provided by Canada’s health care system.

Pls make a video on how to handle this w/our doctor! Abusers of medications ruin it for the rest of chronic pain patients who take their meds responsibly & have good results. Unfortunately patients are stigmatized and seen as drug seekers. @DrAndreaFurlan

I hope somebody can give me a clue. I have chronic muscle pain and horrible sleep since pandemic started. It worsened after a few covid infections. (Not vaccinated). I wake up almost every hour or even half an hour and the bizarre thing, my pain gets really bad when i take Vitamin D (with K2) or magnesium, doesn't matter. Sun exposure helps a bit, the only way my body accepts Vitamin D

I have Baker’s cyst before 2 years ,go to specialist and make ultrasound and Dr say,we must check every 6 months and see if can get bigger, but one my friend said you can try put succulents ( Hylotelephium spectabile - Crassulaceae) on the spot every night 3-4 leaves for one week . This can help Baker cyst to burst ( not sore) , for me after that never come back again . Since then I have 2 pots of that Crassulaceae

These sterchedms a d exercises will only wiork wrll for peolle who can get on the floor and get back up! I have severe spinal stenosis, arthritis without cartilage in either knee and arthritis in both shoulders causing very limited arm mobility in my arms without extreme pain, popping. And grinding. The only on i would be able to do is the chair stretch. I am already keaning forward , and yes walk comfotably while pushing a gricery cart. I a. Only 62 and my life has been ruined by stenosis. I have to walk with a crutch for my left knee and my back weakness. I fell down 10 days ago and was stuck on the dloor for hours. I tried many dufferent ways trying to get up, but my back was so weak i could nit get up on my hands and knees. Stenosis is terrible!

Very good drug for pain but side effects Very scary, weakness, nausea, feeling like falling down when you stand up,makes anxiety and depression Very bad, restlessness. I will not recommend to anyone because is very risky drug.
