Since other videos of this song have disabled the comment section (guess some people were not nice), I'll write something here. I've known this song for over 10 years and listened to it every once in a while and every time I would feel overwhelming emotions of a heartbreak that never really happened to me. I guess when the music, the lyrics and poetic imagery are powerful, it breaks down the walls of your imagination. Congratulations and thank you for creating this timeless masterpiece.

the cocnept of like lewis evans coming up with that line off the bat, like exactly how it is on the album, its almost like that melody had the whole song coded in it and after that it was like found. or no actually, its more like idk, after they heard that melody they were like inspired to commit to it and work it out after that. i love how they teter aroudn the really clear two stroke beat and hten the space for the other thigns to happen. like they teeter around it. and hten it like just, idk, its like when they get certain things right its easier for others to get right. but when htey come upon the rythmn after teetering aroudn it for so long its just the most insane thign. like in a matter of minutes his phrase , its so thought up, like yo ucan see them emotionally dealing with this power htey jsut fuckign invented randomly like that
