@@alankaveney4784 i bend one of the inner tie rods. But searching for new ones it's not really clear if they are the same as the regular fiesta and they all have different length. Saw you changed yours, do you maybe remember something about them? I found a part number and on some pages it says it's for st and on some it says it isn't.

@@TheTechnoaddictYes i thought this as well as there are different sizes but i went for the Stark units from the website Autodoc.co.uk and below were the part numbers . One thing to note is that the OEM ford tie rod units do not have any cut outs to get a spaner on so you need a special tool to get them out . 1. FD-ES-7387 Tie Rod End 1 2. FD-ES-7386 Tie Rod End 1 3. FD-AX-7388 Tie Rod Axle Joint 4. 39237 Bellow Set, steering

That's why you never gear down in a RWD while turning.

I did almost exactly the same thing, but got away with it luckily. There was a tarmac surface change just at that bit and it unsettles the car just as you brake and turn in. Well, that's my excuse :) kzfaq.info/get/bejne/hrukldaFztvJc30.html
