Same question with Clare! How were you able to get the private shuttle bus please (what location was it and what time did it pick you guys up?) 😊
@phandeazy
@phandeazy 4 күн бұрын
They pick up every hour between 10am and 4pm I think, right outside of the train station of Izumisano. Call the hotel and let them know you want to be picked up from the station and they will let you know more specific information.

Lovely vlog - thoroughly enjoyed the vibes, the selection of what you both chose to visit in Cannes and Nice, the music and also the way you narrate it

Thats dope that ya'll got to have some family time and do what the locals do. Definitely a different change in pace and something that many people that travel to Japan don't get to do.

Serious. Tourism in Japan is on the rise since the yen is so low. It was nice to be in a chiller area

I am not a fan of Dotonburi. Its really congested in the evenings and was pretty dirty. lol But it is pretty nice lit up at night. Watching K's reactions to things is great. My fav was the free beer at the hotel. "its beer! its good!" Another great video!

So funny, i actually got recommended that same bar when we were in Osaka as well. Such an amazing place with a nice atmosphere and delicious drinks. (Also only took us about 10 minutes to actually find the place xD Felt like it was kind of hidden in that whole building complex.)

I'm glad you were able to experience that bar too, the bartenders there were super nice. And yes, those skinny tall buildings in Japan take some getting used to. You can tell what's on the first floor, but anything above that is always a mystery 😅

@@phandeazy Indeed. It also didn't help, that the first door was just a plain white one that didn't look like much. Only the post-its with random stuff on it tipped us off that we might have actually gotten to the right place :D

We went in July and the humidity was nearly unbearable. In September, you can expect an average range of 59-75°F (15-24°C), making it one of the more pleasant times of year to visit. Have a great time!

I've been looking for this song for a long, long time, and I'm glad you still have it up. This was my jam back in the day, and I know it was done with a sense of humor, but you guys have hooks that I remember years later, especially in the intro - "Yo what's up, Lumpee? Oh man..." I swear I've said that as a greeting to my friends more times than I can count. Wherever you guys are now, mad respect!

colmar: It has a very nice toy museum and you may have difficulty finding open shops despite the increasing number of tourists on Sundays; It is a city that should not be left without tasting the local wine and the Alsace specialty tarte flambée that goes well with it.

I have a question on your train ride. Which train did you took? And was it a direct train, I'm assuming from Paris? I have a trip planned for Annecy and the trains is something that I'm still working on. Lovely vlog btw.
@phandeazy
@phandeazy 5 ай бұрын
It was a direct train. I used the website www.thetrainline.com to buy my tickets. The station in Paris I departed from was Paris Gare de Lyon and I took the train, SNCF TGV INOUI 6941. The ticket cost around $60 USD. Hope this helps and thanks for watching
