Totally disappointed Please reschedule our flight. Our flight was on 14-august-2024. From DEL - JEHDA - TORONTO Totally disappointed. We faced turama because of them. We are really in shock we just waste our 170000 rs because we were just 4 minutes late. 1.They dont pick your calls.(after paying 170000) 2.They just dont wait for even for 4 minutes (after paying 170000) 3.There staff say we can’t do anything we don’t have solution.(after paying 170000) At the end i am again asking them to help please listen Saudi airline

Yes it conducts flights as Lufthansa is still using some A340’s. I’m sure it was waiting for the Redeye flight later that night back to FRA.

@@deancostello001 Lufthansa is still using this aircraft for LH416/LH417 flight Frankfurt (FRA) to Washington (IAD) and back. Airplanes codes D-AIGP and D-AIGN are 27 years old planes still in service !!!

They are starting the reconfiguration on the 777-300ER’s with the Game Changer First Class suites. I believe when they finish reconfiguring 191 will have this new product in Premium Y/C

It's a pretty average business class tbh, given most now have doors etc. would have said? But definitely huge improvement from current 777 business product!

Agreed. It is now passable lol. I will admit that most Business Classes with doors are a gimmick as anyone walking by can still see in.
