My way of thinking about how much things cost now is this. During Covid there were supply issues so prices went up. After Covid it was hard to get people to come back to work so higher wages had to be offered so prices were adjusted. There are some things I have a hard time paying higher prices for but if it means that people are making better wages then I will pay it if I can afford it

I am not on a low buy or no buy either but I have been showing restraint. I love the score tape too.

I have two trimmers just like yours. However, even though they are the same trimmer, they are different vintages (I bought both of them brand new), and they use different blades. I have been able to find blades for one - the one that doesn’t work as smoothly, but not for the other. And I have bought every kind of blade I have found offered for this kind of cutter. My next stop is contacting customer service and sending pictures of the blade housing and seeing if I can get some help, but I just haven’t had time to godown that road yet, with the follow thru needed for it.

Where’s the color, Tobey? You’re as colorful as I am, maybe more, and these are mostly black and white/neutral, lol! Only the pocket page has any color. Maybe you’re planning to make the covers super colorful….

Makes the mundane chores go faster.😊 Those journals are so quick and easy but when it comes to decorating I have a hard time stopping. LOL. The story of the waving girl is so sweet…and sad but love how you captured the story!! How is the spritz different from the mica and his other sprays? I tell myself I don’t need anymore sprays but….you know how that goes! 😂 TFS!!

I am grateful that I got past my fear and started making journals. Toby, I'm thrilled you introduced me to the sticker photo corners. I had a very simple prayer journal idea for my daughter's maternal grandmother's 92nd leap year birthday. I bought several (maybe more than several) Tsunami Rose kits. I had lots to mix and match and play with. The promptings came and the project grew. I started adding photos. I printed photos for my oldest who came over and typed up things to add with the photos. I had added notes with a lot of the photos I put in. My husband chose photos and typed up comments. This was all done with cardstock pages and before I knew it, I think there were 24 sheets of paper, so 96 pages. I got a thank you note in my mother's day card. The REAL significance to this is that she passed in June. I followed the promptings, overcame doubts, and she got a very special gift for her last birthday.

Happy Saturday, Bitty Penny! I always enjoy hanging out with you even if it's the replay. I would definitely scrapbook with you if only we lived close by. I used to be a Creative Memories consultant but once the kids were gone I made mostly cards. Then came mixed Media and now JJ. When I do make scrapbooks it's mini albums for the grandkids. I love your idea of making a JJ like you did for Sparkle Heart when she was 3. I have a granddaughter who will be 4 in November. I'm thinking an interactive JJ would be fun for her. TFS❤
