Dirt bikers are ruining a lot of the trails around where I am, I wish there were designated areas maybe that'd decrease these meetings.

yep. main problems is there is no designated areas for this type of sport. and second thought... did you ever think like.. that trail you are talking about is already encoachment on nature so on first place the walkers are ruining the nature and riders just follow them.

@HighGear well, it's kind of true. I think walking thru with your dog is a little different than going 30mph. The wear a dirt bike causes is significantly more visible to a trail. Some neighbors claim to see deceased animals occationally. We own 2 bikes and take them to 29 palms. We don't ride near residential areas and common walking zones. That's all I have to say mate, not calling you a bad fella, I can just see 50 reasons why riding wouldn't be welcome in some places. In the reverse, it doesn't really affect riders the same way. However, I reiterate that there should be more designated trails for riding. Everyone and their uncle own a quad or bike now a days. Have a good one.
