A great tutorial on shooting in 1-5 mph conditions. First learning is how important it is to have a gun that shoots accurately in windless conditions before trying to adjust for wind. Also how much windage adjustment is typically made in light wind conditions. And the relatively low amount of vibration after each shot (compared to my gun) suggests I might need more bracing or different positioning of the forearm relative to the stock and the front rest.

There's absolutely no skill involved here. The gun is in a vise it's indoors and at 25yds you might as well have the gun fir for you too while you drink a coffee

Is it really allowed to shoot with you're rifle in an adjustable vice
@GeneralJoefish2 жыл бұрын
In the NSRA and Midlands (in the uk) bench rest shooting I do personally, simple answer is no! A vice would be grounds for immediate disqualification and can only be used outside of the competition for sighting in the gun. Rules state only a rest with a flat top of cylinder top can be used for NSRA and a bipod can also be used in Midlands but nothing is allowed to hold the gun firmly in position and no part of the gun rest may come into contact with anything other than the base of the gun!

This is genius! what shooting rest is that? Do you sell the whole setup? Or advise where I can get one with the joystick.. I have the Caldwell fire control but this seems way smoother with no effort.
