These are the most immature, self-centered, misguided, entitled "adults with two children" I have ever seen. He deserves no pats on the back - especially refusing to divorce his wife after 5 years of separation - but some well-placed kicks to his lazy behind would be beneficial to his poor and lazy character. His little wifey (the plaintiff's daughter) making excuses for him is truly embarrassing for her and destructive to the family unit as a whole - denying her kids from seeing their grandmother. I hope she mended the relationship with her mom. The mother (plaintiff) is a pillar of strength. I hope that these many years later she's doing well and able to see her grandchildren, as this vid is 7 years old.

Texting while driving is the stupidest thing. It's exactly like driving drunk - it's 100% irresponsible as you could be the cause of an accident that kills innocent people on the road. Some people don't deserve to drive at all.
