you don't need them to proc, u just need to have max 4, u produce them via PPen corrupt

U need to have 5.05 attack speed and 30% cdr to match ( 25 from BoT and 5 on boots)

you will have more issues with solo target damage, but outside of t17s its totally viable

it is 95, it was before new shrine levelling was discovered, so you can level yourself to 98 pretty cheap now

Nimis playstyle is kinda annoying, you need to be on top of target, plus u have only 1 proj, its feels weird when you shoot it into nothing but then it splits and hits single white mob half screen away
