Welldone! But uziza is Aligator pepper not black peppercorn. Uziza has a root stem coming out of the bottom and a bit smaller than black peppercorn. ❤Cheers.

You'd typically drink it mixed with sugar and milk on top. On the side, you could have anything from fish, chicken or popular side dishes here like Akara or Moimoi (you can look these up too, they're very nice!)

We eat it mostly with Akara or moimoi. These are made from beans, the former is fried while the layer is streamed.

@@OkparaGloria-ml7uo 40 minutes is fine, or till it doubles in size. If it doesn’t rise, it’s either the yeast is not active or you used hot water. If you use good yeast and warm water, it will rise. Hoping it turns out right
