We are through the rock now fortunately. About 20 hours of hammer time and 4 tanks of fuel on the 50g. That hammer was just purchased and first time using it.

Bit strange , why would you put the engine breather out the side like that ?? makes you wonder it fumes a lot. Done 20,000 hrs on td 15Cs and never seen that done on one.

16x9 et 15, 16x7.5 et20ish if I recall correctly. Rear was a little too aggressive and required fender cutting and camber. 195/45/r16 tires

Omg! Your mini is the same color as mine! 👍 do you by any chance know where the left break light fuse is? I’ve scoured the web and can’t find any info! Thanks for your time.

Thanks! It’s a great color. There isn’t a fuse specifically for the left tail light. It’s most likely a bad bulb / incorrectly installed , or a loose /corroded socket.

Thanks for the video, I just bought a 1996 2500. I was under the hood today and on the main road support (with the stickers about r134a etc) there was a sticker saying warning, vehicle equipped with command start, if working on the vehicle turn box under dash to off. So I took a look under the dash, but I had no idea where it was or what it looked like. I'll take another look tomorrow, it would be nice to have remote start and keyless access.

I know this is 3 years old but why now lather that stripper on thick as possible, let sit 30 minutes, and pressure wash it off? It's a better non abrasive scraper than a plastic putty knife.

I didn’t have access to a pressure washer at the time. Just the way I’ve done it, I’m sure there are other ways that may be better!

How did you do your tow hooks ? Are they from another year dodge truck ? Is that another cross member in the front ?

It’s from a 2nd gen Ram with the “off road” package. They are rare to find. They bolt to the existing cross member, very heavy duty bolts. I’ve only seen two trucks with them in the junkyard. Optional on 4x4 trucks. I got these off a forestry truck at the junkyard. It was a base model, 4x4, 5 speed. They go for about $250-$300 used, but still very rare to find!
