Me: immediately thinking about China experimenting with wooden satelites that wouldn't create metal oxides corrupting the magnetic field of Earth upon burning in the reentry, or create space debree that ends up falling on people's properties, because, with the casing being made of wood and other organics, it would burn completely in the atmosphere, unlike titanium and alluminium composites

The great Japanese builders of the past didn't have a problem with them, and those buildings are still standing today.

Another thing that needs to be mentioned is that you must have more money than brains to qualify for this purchase.

I'd like to see it go into Oak, Teak or Mahogany rather than Pine! I also wonder what the back side of that pine looks like. That aside, in most applications the nail is far stronger than it needs to be and it rusts over time once it gets wet. I can see these being useful where you want similar material properties, longevity, and perhaps a little movement to permit swelling etc. There's also a recycling aspect, especially in a pallet application, where extracting the steel nails is a headache, but these you can just mince and burn with the rest. Nice idea. Now I want to make my own out of the resources around me in the middle of nowhere. Got a gizmo?

“Using CNC technology” A bit of pipe clearly welded on to a flat steel (“bisalloy” brand) head is not CNC machining. I’m not saying it’s a bad tool but it’s being severely oversold.

3/16... ffs give me one valid reason we use this instead of metric. Just one reason, rooted in logic, that isn't "that's how it's always been done" or "it would be hard to switch over"

It may be modern and make use of CNC technology, but forgings are generally stronger. I would have to give it a 3/10 as it didn't work as well as it should for executions - the guillotine is still better. Old is gold.
