I thought it was bugged but I think it’s just poorly made. It’s scripted to break out of the ball twice and it appears there’s one, maybe 2 sweet spots on the screen where it can actually make contact with Celebi. For me it was the left side but since you have unlimited balls, start throwing them like crazy until you find it. Really annoying, after all this mine isn’t even 3 stars 😭
