can u explain the free vs pro in detail? lets say if u have external resources hired by an owner, like 3 plumbers, 4 carpenters, 6 electricians and i add 4 admins/internal project managers to track/communicate/collaborate with all the above resources, then does it mean you end up taking 17 user license? can u throw some light? or, can we use as many as we want, in the free/personal version vs the pro version?

We build packets of folders into a zip file and create a channel based on a job reference number, our techs then turn in documentation on the same channel. I don’t really see a way of automating any part of that process with this tool but I’m sure it’s cool to some folks

Everyday I start with frustration trying to find messages and different workplaces while losing my place since we lost the ability to look at multiple channels or dms at one time. I hate this redesign so damn much. Its harder to use, Its more clicks to do anything, there's less work space, and overall its awful. I hate this.

It's not the most fortunate "update", I must say. A huge shame you still cannot schedule a huddle without any kind of app integrations (unless it is possible) and have to click everything manually - definitely not a direction of automating stuff and reducing manual effort ;) I believe you can still make it better, as generally Slack is pretty cool in business. Fingers crossed for next updates and fixes being truly UX-oriented :)
