I am a buyer who bought a unit of condo which TOP was in May 2023located in 13 Silat Ave Singapore 168878 , and collected Key in May 2023. After i collected the key ,my nightmare started. While 3rd party inspector processed Inspection in June, they found out Hollows on the about 20 pcs of Marbles in the living room, and developer UOL hacked and replaced Hollowed Marbles early July. Since the first hacking and replacement, they have processed 5times hacking trials until November . Problem is that UOL does not have any knowledge and confidence if coming 6th Trial would be the final. UOL can not guarantee when the final completion will be finished. During hacking and replacement, my family should live in One room with Dust and chemical smell. Now we have serial symptoms, headache , eye pain ,nausea etc., and mentally frustration. I have been requesting the Warranty Letter which UOL can confirm that 6th trial would be the final but UOL does not guarantee and just plan to try again and again until marble issues solved. This is really terrible case and UOL does not concern about what and how resident is frustrated. Please help us that UOL do their responsibilities and protect Customers, residents. Plz pay attention on this issue.
